Presentation Guideline

Each paper presentations lasts for 20 minutes, followed by 5 minute discussion (a total of 25 minutes).

Authors should use their own laptop for their presentations. A LCD projector and screen will be available for all sessions. Please test your laptop and connection to the projector before your session if possible. Any time consumed with the change-over will be from your own presentation time.

The provided connection is VGA. For other connectors, please bring your own adapter and test the connection before your session.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
