Paper Submission
Paper Submission Guidelines:
Paper Formatting and Templates:
Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the workshop proceedings. All papers must be written in standard English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template. Papers must be prepared using the following IWCIA2014 formatting template.
Page Limit:
The maximum page limit is 6, including figures, tables, and references. Up to an extra 2 pages (total of 8) can be purchased at registration time.
Review:
The review process is single-blind (i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers.) All submitted manuscripts are sent to two or more reviewers who evaluate them for originality, validity, novelty, methodology, correct citation of relevant work, and the importance of content and conclusions. The submitted papers must not be previously published anywhere, and must not be under consideration by any other conferences or journal during our review process.
No-Show Policy:
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the workshop. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper. The "no-show" papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore.
